SHIPPING COSTS

Paypal is accepted on all items.

Although I accept cheques from UK customers, I only accept PayPal from Europe and the rest of the world.

Rosebudlia shipping is all done using UK Royal mail.

UK based shipping costs -

Flat Rate £2.50. (UK customers, Royal mail have put up their prices SO much I have had to increase mine too. Thank you for your understanding).

Europe based shipping costs - 1st class small packets Airmail

Flat Rate £6.50 (Because of post going missing, all overseas post will now be sent recorded delivery.

All other countries based shipping costs - 1st class small packets Airmail

Flat Rate £6.50

Insurance is offered to all shipping destinations.

UK = £3.99. Europe = £6.50. Rest of the World = £8.00.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the goods sent out were not as described or were seen as faulty. Just send me an email explaining the problem and I will contact you to see how I can help. To return your item, (please email me within 7 days of receipt of your item) also enclose your invoice, (or a copy) and return to the address at the bottom of this page. Please write on the back if you want a replacement or a refund. I pack and post everything myself so double check all the way but if I have made a mistake do contact me as soon as possible. sales@rosebudlia.co.uk

EMAIL NOTICE

Please ensure that your email address accepts emails too. I recently had a customer in the US who placed an order but there was a problem - I couldn't contact her as she had blocked incoming emails.
